Delivery Conditions

All of our products are put into production on the first business day after the ordering phase and are shipped within a maximum of 6 business days.

As our orders are prepared and shipped, a tracking number SMS will be sent from MNG Cargo. You can track your product by clicking on the tracking number link https://www.mngkargo.com.tr/ .

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped and the delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are processed the next business day.

Our company has an agreement with MNG Cargo.

Evmila reserves the right to change the cargo company if it deems necessary.

In order for us to send your orders more accurately, a full address, tax identification number and a landline phone number of the card holder are required.

All shipping and transportation costs arising from the exchange of an incorrect product order due to the buyer (customer) error will be covered by the buyer (customer).

Delivery is only made against presentation of ID. If our customer cannot be found at the address he/she provided, he/she can pick up the delivery from the CARGO company in his/her region with his/her ID.

The company cannot be held responsible for typographical errors and pricing errors.

In rare cases, you will be notified of the delivery time for products that are out of stock or specially produced for the buyer (customer). The delivery time cannot exceed 20 business days from the time the order is placed.

The buyer is not affected in any way by price changes after purchase.

Our company reserves the right to change the product images and prices seen on the site without any announcement.

Bank transfer fee is the responsibility of the buyer. (Transactions that are not paid within 24 hours will be canceled.)
